I don't think you understand the process. Concentrating the post Lilac eluate (most likely through an evaporater) is part of the process they already demonstrated, so today's news is just confirmation that work on the 20kg sample is ongoing. I understand the announcement today sounds exciting however they have already demonstrated success with the 99.9% Li2CO3 1kg sample. As I wrote, the next step is to prove the process at scale along with an indication of costs.
