How can defender get their money back before anyone else? each share is worth equal value and no one should be first to be paid out above others.
If defender gets money back, then surely everyone else is entitled to that same value per share?
if the company is wound up, then surely any remaining value is to be distributed equally?
this would be my first experience with a wound up company so unsure how it all works?
