Psa 138:2 - I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Jesus kept them in God's name and asks the Father to do likewise, so they become one as they are one.
We know this is simply done via The Word = The word of God, accepting and abiding in it.
Jesus inherited the name, The Word of God and logic says, that came from Word -> The Word.

According to the Bible, that is.
