The market today consists of 90% short term traders/speculators, 10% investors. I'm a long term investor who thinks this stock will make lots of money but the time horizon is 2-5 years. And of course, that outcome is merely probable. Consequently, this stock will have considerable resistance from these short term traders, if and when it gradually moves up. The key to owning is long term. Two events will catapult the stock price: 1) sales of properties/equity injection sufficient to solidify the capital base for long term financing and viability; 2) when distributions begin or accelerate.
