That's exactly what I was thinking "next step" were his words... he is drumming up longer term outlook... not signing something this week.
Good for AUZ in the long term, but not this week.
I have a hunch the NAIF has taken longer to bring together with the financing consortium. As I imagine they are still waiting on NAIF until they can finalise anything as how would they know how much extra they would need to finance.... I feel AUZ might be a goer..... but more like December maybe as they need more time to bring it all together...
