I mentioned the top tier mining management - the Tony Manini's and the like,these are the guys at the coal face developing and running the day to day projects.

On the Board,as much as it may seem a suitable move by may holders, sacking an entire Board is not a solution, it is a knee jerk that is the last thing that will bring about investment community stability. Strong positive and consistent communication from the Board is what is needed now. I am also white hot at seeing the value of my holdings go down from $4.30 > $1.90 -it's frightening and these guys need to be working 24/7 to get the investment community and long loyal OXR shareholders confidence back. I am suggesting in the meantime, support the company however put the pressure on them to perform
