despite the fact that i would like to see the project go ahead as a Minmakers stand alone, the companies model has always been:
Buy a project on the cheap, wait for it to appreciate in value, get the ball rolling (grades, infrastructure plans...) and then sell it off.
It would be a shame to see that happen, but it wouldnt be a surprise
