that sounds like unhealthy speculation to me.
As I understand it, if the Armenian project is any good (i.e drilling results?), then a Russian consortium active in the country would be interested in it.
Also, Dundee Precious Metals is operating the Kapan mine up the road - they might run the ruler over it as well, if they haven't already.
