Maybe, but Colin Marland is also a Director and major shareholder in TMN which was suspended back on 16 May 2001.
Control of TMN recently reverted to its Directors and shareholders following completion (ie: fulfilment) of the Deed of Company Arrangement that had governed the Company since November 2001.
TMN is now free to either be re-listed, used as a shell to promote a backdoor listing, or to be re-capitalised and used for other projects.
The commonality of shareholdings and directorships is stronger between TMN and People Telecom than what it is between SWT and People Telecom.
