As usual, for the forth year in a row, I will make a complaint to ASIC regarding the "consolidation" of the accounts where cash on hand belonging to EDE, an independent public listed company, is shown as cash available to TAS. I will complain about this as creative, misleading accounting. I guess that I will receive the same reply that I have had in the past is that it is perfectly legal. I will reply again that it may be legal but is it ethical.
