Their claim doesnt affect Anomaly A per se.
Also as you say, the government would never give them the lease as it would destroy the Namibian mining reputation. They dont have a leg to stand on as BMN got the uranium rights back in 2005.
BMN is also listed on the Namibian stock exchange & lacal Namibs own shares in the company.
So ots no worries, but the market wants it removed
