The TO offer for VLA came unexpectedly.
Whereas for CYP, there has already been an offer made. And nobody would be surprised if that offer is improved upon.
So I don't see much connection between the two situations, other than that both are biotech.
Anyway I bought more today. Someone has to. The true believers are doing a lot of talking but not much buying.
I'm not a true believer. I've already sold at $1.80 twice.
