Jannie i am interested in this as well, but i am not sure how one would value it.
if i understand this correctly Linc said their 400-500m ton target is modeled on only about 20% of their Teresa tenement so far, so the rest of 80% should add some value as well when they sell it.
coking coal unlike Iron Ore is more rare and in demand so they should be easier to sell too?
just for fun, Coking coal is right now at $300 per ton, even if they sell it at $3 per ton, that's the current market cap of Linc
