Not everyone has the time, space, means or approval to grow. Parents might not want to have plants in front of their kids (or visca versa), might have dodgy Neighbor’s, a dog that chews everything in the garden etc, the list goes on and on.
And I’d also think that some folks who have been growing for a while may enjoy a break, try different flavours and strains etc. Once dispensaries are open and there is no need to get a written prescription to purchase products, many monies will be made, many many monies. I’m not suggesting it will be here with CGB, only that “personal use” is a preparatory step forward allowing folks to be able to walk into dispensaries as soon as they open.
Once the government get a handle on how much money they can make but more importantly how they will regulate and control all of it, the party will get started and it will not slow down.
Good old Tony growing a few plants in his backyard in Preston is a speck of sand and 10,000 Tony’s is a teaspoon.
