Yeh that's the standard answer I've been given so many times before, then 2 months later they are doing a capital raise at 50% of the price for 40% of the register!
Voting no is the rationale thing to do at this juncture, and don't forget its not like they can't use their standard placement capacity that should be more than sufficient.
