One thing with the mining/ resource boom you talk about is how many people will actually be pocketing any money out of it once the construction faze is complete. At the moment alot of man power is tied up in construction but once it is all running it requires way less operational staff. Cashed up mining and construction workers spend money through out the economy. Where does the money go from cashed up resource companies?
