Do you need to put up bonds when working with goverment entities here in Australia.

I know when working on large projects in other countires we've had to put up large bonds as security incase the company ran in to trouble and they needed to bring in a 3rd party to cover.

If so, would a larger raising would be needed? Would CM put up the required dolla?
