CLA - Cobalt related news, page-3144

Re restarting Opuwo here's my 2 cents:

If you look at most Co plays on ASX they are still struggling (or have even moved on). I imagine there's a cobalt price where interest comes back but what price is that. For everyone company it's different.
The one thing CLA still has is cash, most other Co plays are or have run out, albeit a few are being propped up.

I wouldn't know exactly for Opuwo what price Co needs to be for it to start back up but what would be the action plan is also interesting. Hopefully there is one in place and it could be ramped up quickly....

I imagine more met work and more drilling once a price is hit from looking at recent Anns...

My feelings are if CLA picks up another project in the interim and cobalt price continues to rise it makes it an attractive prospect, which is why I continue to hold.

The other thing it seems to me is the cobalt market is clearly highly variable, the price fluctuates a lot, EV's and consistent ethical supply being the flies in the ointment.
