Trading halt is due to material acquisition and institutional placement.
"Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX: BTH) (BTH) requests the implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares to apply from the commencement of trading today.
The trading halt is requested as BTH expects to make an announcement to ASX in connection with a material acquisition and a material capital raising by way of institutional placement (Placement)".
Hopefully the terms of the CR, and the acquisition are both really positive
Would have liked the chance to participate in the CR.
