"All we want is people who will act in the best interests of the Company" @gralia

If the 'Independent' Directors are still keen to see Havilah succeed then they should reconsider their decision to string this out any further and resign immediately.

It will be far easier for the Company to succeed if the 'Independent' Directors are NOT actively involved in its affairs.

The majority of shareholders want to see a harmonious and balanced Board of Directors going forward. The 'Independent' Directors are the only people standing in the way of that happening, in my opinion.

As @benboy77 said "having this toxicity hanging around is not good at all and will only cause more problems."

    Cheers
