    Goldy, the repo market is signaling "Counter-Party Fail". The price manipulation will continue until it doesn't...Just like the Repo market. It works till it doesnt work...Banks are coming up about 80 billion short of CASH at the end of the day, If CASH is leaving the system, one has to consider how PM's are being perceived..At the very least, NON-Counterparty-NON-Unhypothecated, NON- Hypothicated, NON-Bullsh!t
