Doomsday CJPersonally, I don't think TW has had much, if any, affect on REE prices. The beginning of this upward trend was related to China banning import of REE from Myanmar.
In regards to mag US exports, the 6.2% increase Aug YoY equals roughly 8 tons of Nd.. or equal to perhaps 3 wind turbines.. so I wouldn't call that 'inventory building', certainly not one that would affect the overall market. Could even just an uptick in demand.
