    "HeartWare is very fortunate to have the support of a number of large private and institutional
    shareholders. Indicative of this support is the fact that four participants in the placement together
    contributed over $20M of the total. As a consequence of the financing, two existing US institutional
    investors, Fidelity Investments and Deephaven Capital Management, increased their positions to 7.29%
    and 6.61% respectively."
