Russia has also expressed an interest in peace, and has agreed to restart the Normandy Four peace talks, which have not been held since October 2016. A new round of Normandy Four talks could start in October of this year, which would be a step in the right direction for peace.
In case peace is achieved the Bobrikovo project would be worth considerably more than it currently is, in part because the projected capex and opex are extremely low and because in times of peace it will be easy to expand the current resource.
