The graph is headed market size, not share, so x-axis will be either millions of USD or thousands of units according to the synopsis. The graph has been stripped of other relevant information that would provide context, you would need to pay for that (but I wouldn't suggest it).
When you start researching companies you come across any number of these "news" websites that consist solely of links to purchase research reports put out by market research consultancies that no one has ever heard of.
