I was hoping for a fresh start. Some one from the outside, that comes in and cleans the place out, and puts in place some goals, and goes out and achieves them. Old style MD with some clout that isn't afraid to make the hard calls and unset everyone if he has to to get the job done. No office boys anymore. But more of the same it seems. Hopefully Scott proves me wrong.
