What it means is that JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) have been selling, and another completely independent company have been buying.
JP Morgan Nominees is simply and Australian Nominee structure that holds Australian scrip for overseas investors. So it could be absolutely any other investor in the world... but it is not JP Morgan itself.
So yes JPAM have been selling, as per their change in substantial holder notices, but another, as yet unidentified buyer, has been accumulating.
