unsure, but I do know that I can't imagine rent returning 5% or close to 10% of property prices, and I can't see rents reducing.
prpoerty may drop 10%-20%, as with the markets "on low volume", but give it 12-18 months and the prices will be back.
I think volatility in all markets will be with us for a long time to come for these "credit crap" reasons, and disbelief in how much the BRIC story will or will not help our economy in general terms.
