it just makes the operating roads, TCL and CEU more attractive as they have cars on them.

i think BCS will be like RCY, ie trade well below the IPO price for a long time. Look at CEU, its taken 4 yrs to get where it is and even though the traffic numbers look reasonable its below its IPO price.

i wouldnt even consider BCS until the 3 instalment is paid and maybe they have some traffic numbers on board.

this will trade lower in the next few days i recon.
