I reckon BCS is a top quality project, because the float condition at moment of a volatile market, share price will go up when share market condition improved, as long as the BCS project progress on time with some dividends.
remeber BCS - It is just beginning, do not panic. many floats ware very bad in SP at first day trade...then geting better and better. let us hope BCS up up and up from today...
