So how are they going to fund the acquisition? They have already said they will seek shareholder approval to place shares beyond the 15% rule. I would say they would need at least AUD$10 million to fund acquisition and a healthy exploration budget (current mkt cap $9 million). Unless they see a run on the share price, we will be looking at a massive discount, and a doubling of the shares on issue (not to mention the plethora of performance rights).

For this reason I sold out today. I'll buy back in post acquisition when the share price is 15c.
