Owl vs Fox/others: A friend did recommend the following book to me, which I have started reading and which is VERY interesting indeed: "The End of Alzheimer's - The First Programme to Prevent and Reverse the Cognitive Decline of Dementia" - by Dr. Dale Bredesen.
