bratty, as I said a 249D is very harmful to a company and shows instability, investors would like to know that when they invest that the board will not be replaced everytime holders arent happy, MLL is the best example I know of, replaced the board 2 times already and now are not happy with the 3rd board, Borg is a member of that board as well, where is the stability in the company, add a conflict of interest and you have all sorts of problems, do not jump out of the frying pan into the fire, how do you know the next nominated board are safe hands, what experience do they have in running a company that is looking to go mining, have they been involved in taking a spec company from explorer to miner to producer, if you cant answer yes to this then why would you bother, band aid solutions never work and this is a band aid solution with a possibility of conflict of interest, be careful what you do
