Oh and they would gain exposure to fomer UIL land. It'd be all about the ratio really, indicated partly by current market cap difference.
The merged entity would have a lot of staff firepower but some of them would have to be rationalised or reassigned to non-board roles if they were to be retained to focus on operations/sales or specific projects.
