Sorry people , been away with the kids for a couple days down the beach. Not stressed at all with matters regarding AUZ either - so need to hold your nerves a bit . So I'll pick up where I left off with the tutorial session with

Lets first look at his/ her's last reply to my post regarding timings and release of Annual Report / Annual Accounts & AASB 110 ( Events Subsequent ) together with AASB 1031 ( Materiality )

Do you even know how much work is involved in the preparation of a Full Year set of accounts and Annual Report....which is often accompanied with a good number of hours spent with Auditors. Believe me - if you haven't done it , or it's not in your background , you would have absolutely no idea - which is what often what comes across in your ' knee jerk ' responses.....
The fact of the matter is , and as stated , the Accounts and Reports have now been ' Authorized ' for release to the market ...Ahead of any ' Material ' and combined event(s) perhaps relating to ' Equity Re-construction and direct investment into AUZ .....which can now occur ' unencumbered ' as of yesterday. It's worth mentioning that the release date of the 2019 AR and Full Year Accounts is actually 1 day ahead of last years release date which was on the 28th being the Friday.......
And while this seems to be a unique timing issues relating to AUZ only , it would not be uncommon to have various reporting requirements which actually give rise to conflicts between ' Materiality ' issues and say ASX disclosure requirements and matters associated with ' Post Balance Date Events ' .
So whilst , I find it slightly unusual that they did not include the signing of the LFA with SKI as a ' Material ' contract or event subsequent to Balance Date in the same breadth at the SPP and raising of equity issue , I am equally NOT surprised of they're lack of intent to focus to much on this fact because it may have indeed given the market a heads up intuitive interpretation of what may be behind that signing endeavor by SKI. Mainly because , and obviously a ' Legally Binding ' off-take agreement is paramount if not absolutely mandatory to have in place as a precursor to Third Party financing consortium's and general backing by Financiers.

So yes the last Day of the month is in fact significant in regards to the ' signed off ' Annual Report coming in ahead of potential major changes to the Equity side of any possible proposed funding package.

You keep trying to ' Push the Envelope ' with your ridiculous comebacks , but no matter how hard you try @vintage you are still ' Stationery - LOL ' . And in this game you cannot afford to remain ' Stationery ' - but moreover move with the times in understanding ALL angles in what is perhaps going on.
So how this relates to you given your last comment above is despite my continuing explanation , you are still seem to be missing the point of the Last Day being the 30th September . It's not a precursor for the funding , but more an appropriate and applicable timing which puts to bed the Accounts and Report ahead of what would have otherwise been an erroneous task in including perhaps a ' myriad ' of structural changes to the Companies financials .
So reflecting back at that video of ' Fozzie Bear ' - everything remains except that fact you are clearly asleep at the wheel while remaining ' Stationery '
And all this banter regarding Benjamin Bell not being available or able to discharge his AUZ duties as a result of spending to much time in W.A ....or even that Sophia is on annual leave at this critical time. Did you or anyone stop to think that while AUZ's head office is in Brisbane , the parent Company of they're public relations consultants being ' Cannings Purple ' are actually based in Perth - and that any significant announcement from the Company will more than likely have both BB's and they're sign off on it .........
See it's as much about these little ' subtle ' things that you need to pick up as an Investor ....which you just don't seem to be across most of the time.
So once again , the completion , authorization , and release to the Market of the Annual Report and Accounts IS , and WAS part of the purposeful extension of any funding proposals to 30th September ......
