Waiting .................

so I'm bored as are well all but having re read the prospectus

"The Company has until 27 September 2019 to comply with the Reinstatement Conditions and have its Securities reinstated to Official Quotation on the ASX."

In other words CSD complies ( or not) by the 27/9/19 and then it's securities will be re-instated i.e not necessarily that day. I guess CSD cant' report if it's completed until the ASX says it has and when it has we'll be reinstated

So CSD expected a four day window from the satisfaction clause (23rd) until relist . So if any of the many many conditions and docs listed in the prospectus as being required to relist needed clarification etc then another delay would be expected ( again) . The " expected date for re-admission implies when (if) approved by the ASX in my mind. So it could be that if the complied on the Friday we wait til midweek hrumph ( although I did read somewhere next day being in the rules )

Frustrating though it is it'll happen when it happens and if it happens.

At the moment I'm happy that enough work appears to have been put in to aim seriously for reinstatement. Much better than having a snowball in hells chance of ever seeing any cash back as was the case three years ago.

Actually I can't ever see the old CSD managing to get the sort of investment the new version has managed. If we do list the company and therefore us are in far better shape than could have been hoped for. In my mind the suspension, if revoked has made the company - as to if it's makes me any money we'll see

Still you have to be prepared to loose what you invest in speculative stocks. NOTHING is certain and I doubt there is a small cap anywhere that could be described as a safe haven for your hard earned. To think those at the top wouldn't look after themselves first is foolish and to think this was anything other than a gamble - no matter how much form you'd studied was equally foolish. I'd like to think it had a fair chance but hey I'm responsible for my own actions so angry at no one

After extensive research I'd also like to report the advantages of the ignore button. Lowers the blood pressure, removes oxygen from trolls, saves an argument that you can't win and stops you getting suspended,

Chill people and next week will end our waiting surely.
