Honestly db what does it cost SKI to have a LFA with auz...
if auz can't get finance and they both agree to an extension to finance then SKI still have total control of where the commodities go...not auz at the best price but SKI at whatever price has been dictated in the contract terms...
it may seem pedantic but would a company as big as SKI be happy to control a resource to the point that it will not allow anyone else even if they themself don't want or really need it as long as it costs them nothing to have that legal right?
my answer would be yes...
