Yeah, the Cap Raise was exclusive to the BoD @ 0.003, but at that time, do you reckon to offer it to the minions would have raised the needed funds given the SP and that the minions were
not privy to what was about to happen? Retail investors hate Cap Raises coz of the dilution but the Big Boys love 'em. We know (and I thought you accepted it, Dugsy) that this is what these guys do... line their pockets with lots of cheap shares. Hence, why I stated that I think a Cap Raise could be on the cards. So,
nothing out of the ordinary in the small cap market that BIzz raised at the low. Unethical nonetheless, as far as I and others are concerned.
Secondly,
Peter Wright did not sell into the "spike". He did sell (half his holding), BUT not into the spike. It was a month after the so-called spike. The run-up to the peak at 1.6c occurred mid-March to mid-April. PW sold at avg of 1c in early May
after the drop following the spike.
I am not defending PW,
just stating the facts. The way I see it, there are lots of games at play here. You should know that Shell ain't that gullible (these days).
PW also only bought $9k of BSM on-market shares at that time. However, I am sure that he probably needed to free up some funds to be able to partake in BSM's recent Con Note Cap Raise, yeah... as well as to take advantage of SYR's recent smackdown (as others did).
The main issue with LNY is the silence and the no Annual Report. If the AR doesn't materialise on Monday, now that is grounds for ASX reporting, is it not?
