Yes - but 'no deal' tells you that Sconi is not needed/not high priority in the present market and that, perhaps, if and when it does become economic, current holdings will virtually be diluted into oblivion.
Deal would be great of course but I just don't believe financing of a $1.4B project and finalisation of a multi-billion dollar long term LFA would be left to the last few hours before a termination clause execution!
