That is absolute rubbish! If that was true CSD would have been done and dusted and you would not have seen a single cent.

There was an error made, IMO, and in the circumstances of that error, I do not blame anyone for that. It just happened. I may go through it some day and provide an explanation of what, IMO, happened.

But, as I said - if you are correct in your view, then we would have been history a long time ago!
