Where is ASIC on this?
Reads to me like the new directors of BHD are being subjected to a load of garbage from the last directors.
ASIC have a lot of information on the last directors and its now time for them to take action.
Perhaps its time for shareholders to again start lodging complaints to ASIC and get their focus back onto the actions of the last directors of this company.
