The answer is simple. AHUG's future is very uncertain. There is no guarantee the parent will support it if Alleasing turns ugly. I wouldn't buy AHUG with your money htran when AFGHA can be bought at a similar price. AHUG could very well suffer the same fate as AHUGA.
