lol...mmm...someone needs to learn how to communicate without name calling and creating adversarial relationships...

my opinion is companies should raise enought capital to get them through an exploration period so that can drill, increase a resource then improve the share price...

then they can raise more capital at a higher price...

$15M is far too much for these needs over the next year...

also...dilutive means more shares and thus less EPS...the less shares a company has on issue the better..
