Try this thought...ResMed pay $20 M licence fee to RAP for rights to the sleep Apnea app. That $20 M triggers the 94 M bonus shares and drives the SP to $7.50 and negates any T/O bid...unless it is north of $10. Just a thought. The quickest way to bonus 94 M shares is to lock that down with an exclusive deal to ResMed and pick themselves up $650 M in shares. That is what I would be striving for. Cash in the bag, bonus shares, shite loads of (quota) testing dollars coming in at a discounted $35 each and the cough tech still to come. Monster in the making IMHO so DYOR (lol) should you feel the need.
