Consideration needs to be given to vote down the previous issues, it just gives them to much scope to dilute.

I voted against all options except for the new guy. He seems to have a considerable profile in the SK business community, and presumably is respected in the SK investment community and high net worth part of society. I want this guy to have skin in the game and be incentivised.
The lack of a significant Korean presence on the share register is strange for such a sure thing as SAU SK field(s) of dreams ??
