To me the following section clarifies the process going forward in regards to the assets, operations and undertakings.
It is my understanding that any full or partial sale of the secured assets (which as we know includes the companies of most relevance to shareholders) by the receivers and managers (KPMG) will need to achieve fair market value, be that stockpiled spodumene, tenements or the operation itself. If a restructure of equity is to occur for Alita the listed company, as shareholders know it, it will likely need to be approved by the creditors through the VA process.
With KPMG and KordaMentha involved I'm sure everything will be done by the book but the future of the Group lays in the hands of the creditors.
