    Actually, Mitsubishi is not a shareholder in MMX.

    Mitsubishi owns half of Crosslands (the mining company) and half of OPR (the infra company).

    MMX owns the other half of Crosslands and OPR, and the two companies are operated as 50/50 JVs.
