"The ability of the entity to continue as a going concern is dependent on securing additional funding
through issue of debt or equity, increasing revenues from sale of the Group’s products and
government R&D tax rebates to continue to fund its operational and marketing activities. These
conditions indicate a material uncertainty that may cast a significant doubt about the entity’s ability
to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge
its liabilities in the normal course of business. "
