DKR are definitely selling out. They have been the only significant sellers all year. Once their last 2M, or a little less now, are gone the capping effect will be lifted. They are not investors and never have been. I expect the share price will lift towards the placement price. Ideally it should equal the price but the local market is not known for its sophistication so the price may well fall short. That won't matter.
