This partner is very large and is connected directly to the assets (Sichuan Development Holdings) of Sichuan Province itself. Sichuan Development is responsible for over 1 trillion yuan (over 140 billion USD) of state owned assets. This is their environmental arm we are dealing with.
For Australians, this has the equivalency of getting a direct Federal Government contract from the Department of Environment and Energy.
Getting paid is not the issue. The issue is doing a good job and working well with Guorun Environment so that they consider using Fluence for more future work.
If the project is completed before the end of the year as expected, then revenue will be likely booked under Q4, 2019, with payment in Q1, 2020.
